BRUSSELS, September 16 (FENA) – European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said today before the European Parliament that she was appalled by the scenes at the funeral of convicted war criminal Ratko Mladić in Belgrade earlier this month, but did not announce any punitive measures against Serbia.
