TI BiH: CEC won’t act on RS pre-election pensioner payments

SARAJEVO, August 20 (FENA) – The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CEC BiH) will not open proceedings following a complaint by Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina (TI BiH) concerning the Republika Srpska authorities' decision to allocate KM 31.2 million for one-off payments to pensioners during an election year.
