SARAJEVO, July 15 (FENA) – Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina Edin Forto said on Wednesday that BiH has missed all deadlines for implementing the Reform Agenda and warned that, unless concrete progress is made soon, European Union funds allocated to BiH could be redirected to other Western Balkan countries.
