State of emergency remains in Mostar over landfill fire, waste transfer site designated

MOSTAR, June 23 (FENA) – The situation at the landfill has significantly improved, but the state of emergency remains in effect until further notice, said Mario Kordić today following a meeting between the City Administration of Mostar and the City’s Civil Protection and Firefighting Service regarding the fire at the Uborak municipal landfill, which broke out on Monday.
