ITA BiH adopts Rulebook on VAT refunds for first home purchases

BANJA LUKA, June 22 (FENA) – The Governing Board of the Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA) of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted today the Rulebook on the Implementation of the Value Added Tax (VAT) Law, creating the conditions for citizens to exercise their right to VAT refunds when purchasing their first property in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
