SARAJEVO, June 1 (FENA) – President of the European Council António Costa stated today in Sarajevo, after a meeting with members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, that it is up to the authorities of BiH to decide whether they will accelerate the fulfillment of conditions for progress toward European Union membership, stressing that the country is only a few steps away from opening accession negotiations.
